• This voucher is applicable for room reservations with Best Flexible Rate and cannot be redeemed with other room promotions
• This voucher can be redeemed at all hotel’s restaurants, bars, SO/ SPA, and SO/ FIT, except at KOF and The Cassette
• The blackout periods apply and voucher is not applicable with in-room dining service, special  promotions, online offers, special events, festive programs and retail items
• This price is inclusive of tax 7% and service charge 10%
• This voucher is valid for one time redemption and any remaining credit cannot be refunded
• This voucher is valid until 29th February 2024
• This voucher is not applicable with Accor Plus, Ennismore and credit card discount
• Accor Plus and ALL – Accor Live Limitless are eligible to collect night and points when making a reservation by using the hotel credit
