TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Guests dining at Red Oven, located on the 7th floor of SO/ Bangkok, during the promotional period will be eligible to enter the lucky draw. This offer is available exclusively for direct bookings made via my.so-bangkok.com and walk-in guests.
• À la carte diners will receive one lucky draw entry for every THB 1,000 spent, calculated after discounts and excluding service charge and VAT. Buffet guests will receive one entry per person.
• Bookings made through travel agents or third-party online platforms, including OTAs, as well as room packages with breakfast, meetings, seminars and private functions, are not eligible for this promotion.
• The promotion is valid from now until 31st January 2027. Lucky draws and winner announcements will take place at the end of each month via the SO/ Bangkok Facebook Page.
• Participants must complete all required information on the lucky draw coupon, including their full name as shown on their national ID card or passport, telephone number and email address, before placing it in the lucky draw box.
• Each participant will receive a two-part coupon. One part must be retained as proof of entry, while the other must be placed in the lucky draw box.
• Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 30 days of the winner announcement by presenting the original coupon stub and a valid national ID card.
• Winners must collect their prize in person at SO/ Bangkok within 30 days of the winner announcement and present their original national ID card or passport, together with one photocopy. The name on the identification document must match the information provided on the coupon. Failure to collect the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted for any other benefit.
• Winners receiving prizes valued at THB 1,000 or more are responsible for a 5% withholding tax on the prize value, as required by law.
• SO/ Bangkok reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions or prizes without prior notice. The decision of the judging committee is final.
