• This voucher does not apply to any membership benefits and cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Price is inclusive of 7% VAT and 10% service charge.
• All hotel services can be used only at our restaurants, including dining, drinks, and experiences at Chocolate Lab, Red Oven, SO SHI, FLO/9, and Iris & Wild Iris. (In-room dining is excluded.)
• Food and Beverage prices at each outlet is not include 7% VAT and a 10% service charge
• Guest have got the room booking to receive discounts at the restaurant and spa.
• This voucher is valid until 15 April 2026 (check-out on 15 April 2026) and cannot be used after this date.
• The voucher is non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• 7 days’ advance reservation is required and is subject to availability.
• Blackout dates: 24 – 25 December 2025, 30 December 2025 – 1 January 2026, 13 – 19 February 2026 and 11 – 15 April 2026.
• The voucher is for cozy room only, for 2 persons. Breakfast is included.
• Children aged 12 years and above will be charged as adults with an extra bed.
• The voucher is valid for the selected room type only and cannot be upgraded.
• Check-in is at 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• SO/ Bangkok reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• The voucher is for the exclusive use of the individual named on it and cannot be transferred or sold.

• A valid membership card must be presented upon arrival, and the member’s name must match the name on the voucher to enjoy these benefits.
