Saturdays, Italian style.

Gather around for a generous Italian brunch inspired by the warmth, abundance and convivial spirit of Nonna’s table.

Every Saturday, Iris & Wild Iris transforms into a lively Italian feast, with abundant antipasti, live cooking stations, freshly baked pizza and indulgent dishes made for sharing, accompanied by the sounds of a three-piece live band throughout the afternoon.

Begin  with freshly shucked oysters, melon and prosciutto, pork tonnato and Italian favourites, before exploring an abundant selection of premium salumi and cheeses, including carved prosciutto crudo, burrata, Pecorino, Taleggio and Parmigiano Reggiano.

At the live pasta station, watch cacio e pepe finished in a Parmigiano wheel, or create your own pasta with a choice of sauces, vegetables, Italian charcuterie and seafood.

Freshly baked pizzas and baskets of crispy Italian fritti are passed around the table throughout the afternoon.

Continue with favourites from the hot station, from salt-baked branzino and porchetta to mussels alla tarantina and Nonna’s pork meatballs, alongside cooked-to-order plates including Wagyu beef, lamb cutlets and grilled tiger prawns.

And because no Italian gathering ends without something sweet, save room for the Tiramisù Tower, cannoli filled to order, torta della nonna, panna cotta and seasonal fruits.

To finish, the Limoncello Cart makes its way around the room — a final Italian touch to a Saturday well spent.
